Once the ticket has been checked in, it will no longer be valid for re-entry.

Issued tickets can be used to check in at Madame de Dalat up to once within a 3-day period.
Payments at Madame de Dalat can be made in cash or via electronic methods, including bank transfers and e-wallets.

Tickets purchased are non-refundable, except in force majeure situations from Madame de Dalat.

Madame de Dalat allows guests to bring dry, low-odor snacks and bottled water into the visiting area. For the best experience, please check with the information desk to ensure the food and drinks you bring are permitted in the grounds.
Madame de Dalat does not yet have dedicated wheelchair ramps throughout the premises. However, our staffs are available to assist guests with wheelchairs in visiting the Memory Garden, Lam Vien Museum, Nguyen Dynasty Woodblocks, and moving to the Madame Show stage.
